2011-2012 Membership Guidelines

                                                                              1.    Annual Dues    -    $125.00 USD for all members globally (payable through PayPal, check, or money order)

                                                                                        Dues must be paid in full no later than May 1, 2011

                                                    2.    Music    -    Members will receive a minimum of 12 new singing calls in the calendar year.  Traditionally there are more

                                                           and the members will receive a copy of all new music produced from 7/1 2011 to 7/1/2012 including any recorded hoedowns.

                                                    3.    All music will be sent via the internet in mp3 format.  CDs will be sent for an additional charge.

                                                    4.    Music will be produced as follows:    A minimum of three (3) new singing calls each quarter.    7/1; 10/1; 1/1; and 4/1

                                                           You will have exclusive use of the Rhythm Exclusive music for a minimum of two (2) years.

                                                    5.    On July 1, 2013, the 2011-12 music will become available in a package form only for a substantially higher price

                                                    6.    The 2011-12 music will never be available on an individual cut basis.

                                                    7.    In an attempt to eliminate music piracy, all members will be required to execute the Rhythm Exclusive contract. You may

                                                           download and complete this contract anytime but music will not be sent until the signed contract and dues payment are received.

                                                                             8.    The Rhythm Exclusive membership is available ONLY through Rhythm Records and any inquiries, documentation, or payments

                                                    9.    Any file sharing or music piracy of Rhythm Records music is strictly prohibited.  Violators will be dealt with to the limit of the law.
